Strategic Perspectives in the BVI Model
The BVI Model always applies the following four Strategic Perspectives, defined as:
- Social impacts: stakeholders and wider society have been affected and changed in a beneficial fashion;
- Economic impacts: the activity is demonstrating economic benefits to society, stakeholders or the organisation;
- Innovation impacts: the digital resource represents or enables innovation which is supporting the social, economic or operational benefits accrued;
- Operational impacts: the organisation creating/delivering digital resources has been benefited within its internal processes by the innovation demonstrated.
